The 5th Annual Research Symposium of the Center for Research in Open Source Software (cross.ucsc.edu) will convene communities of interest around our cutting edge research and incubator projects. The program will include plenary overview sessions, keynotes, and workshops that focus on topics of interest to CROSS. Use this opportunity to get in touch with the CROSS leadership, the CROSS research and incubator fellows, the members of the CROSS Advisory Committee notable for its open source expertise, and the representatives of the CROSS Industry Advisory Board whose continued support make all of this possible.
This year, the entire symposium will be held online to accommodate the social distancing required as a result of the pandemic.
As part of the online format, the Symposium will be a single-track 4-day event (Oct. 6 - 9). This will allow attendees to participate in all live Q&A periods after each presentation and spread out the event for more convenient online participation.
